Words from Our Alumni

Chun-Hsing Tu, In-Service Master Class of 2017

After entering Institute of Public Affairs Management, I was faced with many challenges and realized that I still had a lot of room for improvement, but this motivated to study even harder. During the course of my studies, I learned about the diversity of public affairs, and I learned that the issues can be large or small, from the international to the community level, and that although they are different, they are all important.

Through coursework and the experience of writing my thesis, I have developed the skills of international perspective, logical deduction, data collection, group collaboration, critical thinking and report drafting, which have definitely been beneficial to my future life and career after graduation. The most important thing is to discover oneself and to stimulate one's potential. Growing under pressure and challenges, I found out that I can really do it. Completing my own work is really a sense of accomplishment, and this sense of accomplishment will continue into the future and become an asset for my life.
