Senior Management Program

Special Features of the Program

Senior Management Track (EMBA)
With a mission of promoting high-quality management education, NSYSU's EMBA program is designed for senior executives who are responsible for a wide range of business issues. The program aims to cultivate new business leaders for the new century, achieving the goal of high-quality EMBA education through systematic management training, diversified courses, cross-industry experience exchange and international teaching. To this end, we have introduced the case study and action learning methodologies of world-famous Harvard University to allow students from different industrial backgrounds to interact with each other through the program platform and to stimulate different insights, expanding each other's horizons and depth of thinking, and further enhancing their analysis, integration, and conceptualization abilities in business and management.

Asia Pacific Operations Management Track (APEMBA)
The professionals, products and financial markets of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China interact very closely with each other. Hong Kong's financial services, Taiwan's high-tech research and development, China's Internet technology, and the increasing manufacturing capabilities of other countries in the Asia-Pacific region all have their own strengths. If they can be effectively utilized and strengthened to complement each other, this will help enterprises' international division of labor and business strength. Therefore, NSYSU's EMBA program offers the Asia-Pacific EMBA (APEMBA), an advanced master's program in business administration to help companies expand their external strengths with a forward-looking vision. The mission of APEMBA is to integrate the business environments and resources of the three regions on both sides of the Taiwan Strait (Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Mainland China) and the Asia-Pacific region. We aim to integrate modern management theories and practices to help business owners meet the challenges brought about by the continuously and rapidly changing business environments in Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region and to enhance the problem-solving ability and competitive advantage of enterprises. The program also helps senior managers improve their vision and management skills so that they can quickly rise in the company and become an indispensable part of corporate growth.

Cross-Strait Executive Master of Business Administration (CSEMBA)
In response to the trend of increasingly close and frequent interactions between Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Mainland China, the College of Management of National Sun Yat-sen University and the School of Economics and Management of Tongji University in Shanghai have come together to create the Cross-Strait Executive Master of Business Administration (CSEMBA) program, which brings together high-level management professionals from both sides of the Taiwan Strait to study together. This program combines the rich teaching resources of NSYSU's EMBA and Tongji's EMBA programs, closely combining the latest management knowledge with the most marketable business practices. It is expected to enhance and expand the conceptualization, networking and professional capabilities required by Taiwanese businessmen to meet the expectations of business leaders for all-round learning and to promote the high-value transformation of Taiwanese businesses.
