University of Technology Sydney Dual Degree (IBMBA & GHRM MBA)

The University of Technology Sydney (UTS), a partner institution of the College of Management at NSYSU, officially established a dual degree agreement in 2025. Under this agreement, students enrolled in the International Business MBA (IBMBA) and Global Human Resource Management MBA (GHRM MBA) programs are eligible to apply for the dual degree program and pursue an additional master's degree at UTS.
Program Overview
- Program Duration: 1 year
■ Fall Intake: Internal application by the end of October each year; departure between February and March of the following year
■ Spring Intake: Internal application by the end of March each year; departure between July and August
- Eligible Programs: IBMBA and GHRM MBA
- Available Slots: 2 students per academic year

School Introduction
The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is a public research university in Australia. Formerly known as the New South Wales Institute of Technology, it was renamed UTS in 1988. Eligibility
- Open to IBMBA and GHRM MBA students. A maximum of two students will be selected annually.
- IBMBA and GHRM MBA students who have completed at least one year of full-English instruction at NSYSU are exempt from the English language proficiency requirements set by UTS.
- Students must have completed or be enrolled in the following prerequisite courses at the time of application:
- IB521 Accounting
- IB519/ GHRM650 International Marketing Management
- GHRM653 Cross Cultural Management
- IB515 Financial Management
Credit and Degree Requirements
To earn a degree from UTS, students must fulfill both NSYSU and UTS graduation requirements. This includes completing a thesis and passing an oral defense in accordance with NSYSU regulations.

- Master of Business Administration from the UTS Business School
Fees
- Students are required to pay UTS tuition fees for two semesters (approximately AUD 49,990; please refer to the official UTS website for the most updated fee information).
- Students are responsible for all travel, living, accommodation, and personal expenses.
- Students must comply with UTS Business School regulations and enroll in Australia's national health insurance scheme.
- UTS scholarship offerings are subject to annual announcements and updates.
