Institute of Human Resource Management
Our Research Strategy
Our research focuses on a wide range of topics within HRM, at both the macro (i.e., organizational) and the micro (i.e., individual) levels. Collectively, we have interests in a vast range of subjects, including the organizational theory, strategic and operational side of HRM, recruitment and selection, performance management, human resource development/training, as well as organizational behavior and industrial and organizational psychology (e.g., moods and emotions, workplace attitudes, individual and group behavior, stress and well-being).
