In terms of course specialization, we offer the most advanced human resources courses to meet the trends in human resources: human resources data analysis, business big data analysis, R programing language, performance management, and talent development. Graduation Requirements
Total Program Credits: 40 credits
The minimum number of credits required for graduation from the MBA program is 40. Courses are divided into three categories: required, remedial, and elective. We provide students with ample flexibility in course selection. In terms of required courses, there are five human resource management courses and three credits of human resource management project studies. The purpose of the project research course is to allow students to familiarize themselves with the operation of enterprises through summer internships, so that they can make use of what they have learned, make suggestions for the problems faced by enterprises, and combine theory with practice.
The remedial courses are designed to provide students with a basic background in management. Students who have not taken the four management courses in college can take these courses to make up for it. These credits are not included in the total graduation credits. The remedial courses consist of four subjects: Productions and Operations Management, Financial Management, Information Management, and Marketing Management. Students can take elective courses according to their own interests, research and study plans.
