Professor Hao-Chieh Lin is the 15th Dean of the College of Management at National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU). His research expertise includes dynamic competition, top management teams, cross-cultural integration, and team management. Since 2016, he has dedicated himself to executive management education as the CEO of NSYSU’s EMBA program and Director of the NSYSU-Tongji Dual Degree EMBA, bringing extensive leadership and management experience.
Professor Lin has significant influence in both domestic and international academia. He serves on the editorial boards of several leading academic journals and has frequently been a reviewer and principal investigator for projects funded by Taiwan’s Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and Ministry of Education (MOE). Before entering academia, he spent over a decade in senior management roles and continues to bridge academic research with industry practices.
As Dean, Professor Lin aims to enhance the international competitiveness of the College of Management by fostering global collaborations, strengthening industry-academia partnerships, and advancing university social responsibility, positioning NSYSU as a leading business school excelling in both research and practice.
